The build.
Iterative. Staging environment from day one. Git repo with full history. Weekly status. If scope changes — we discuss before writing another line.
Delivery.
Deployment to production. Documentation in repo. Handover of all credentials, domains, servers. You own the code.
Maintenance.
Optional. Monthly contract with a fixed number of hours or ad-hoc billing. One month notice. No lock-in.
After the first conversation, you receive a written scope document with scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. Fixed price or hourly — you choose.
The document is short, in Swedish or English, and forms the basis for the whole collaboration. If anything needs to change along the way, we update the document — not just verbally.
You have access to the repo from day one. Every commit has a message explaining what changed and why.
Weekly status — what was done, what's next, what possibly took longer than expected. No "everything is fine" reports hiding problems.
Staging environment from the first week. You can click around, give feedback, set expectations before production.
Fixed price: 40% on signed start, 60% on delivery. No hidden add-ons.
Hourly: billed monthly in arrears with a time report. Net 30 payment terms.
Invoiced via F-skatt-approved partner (Cool Company Sweden AB) during the startup phase. Own AB with own F-skatt is being established during 2026.
